The Huffines Service Valet helps ensure complete customer satisfaction by warmly engaging with customers and team members, moving vehicles in and around the service department, maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles and the service area, and transporting customers to/from their home when needed. Automotive Service Valet Job Responsibilities: - Greets, all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- Assists Service Advisors with providing excellence in customer service
- Directs customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact
- Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
- Installs tags in all vehicles brought in for service
- Services vehicles with gas, oil, and fluids as needed
- Washes and cleans vehicles as needed
- Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, and removing debris as necessary
- Helps maintain department cleanliness, including windows, doors, floors, etc.
- Transports customers to and from their home when needed and requested
- Follows all safety and security procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
Automotive Service Valet Job Requirements:
- Must be available to work on Saturdays (Five-day work week)
- Fluent English speaking and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of the automotive industry
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others and be a team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering world-class customer service
- Efficient time management skills
- Professional dress, speech, behavior, and appearance
- Proficiency in computer skills
