What You'll Do
- Perform work on repair orders efficiently and to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, brakes, electrical, and A/C
- Test-drive vehicles and test components with diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Communicate with Service Advisors on needed repairs, with accurate time estimates
- Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Keep a clean, organized, safe work area and take care of customer vehicles
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of automotive technician experience
- High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license
- Willingness to work on any brand
- ASE certifications preferred
- A proven track record of low comebacks
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, computer, math, and communication skills
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mindset
