What You'll Do
- Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns efficiently and accurately
- Conduct multipoint inspections and clearly communicate recommended repairs
- Complete work to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with advisors and teammates to deliver a strong customer experience
- Stay current on Kia training and repair procedures
What You Bring
- Previous automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail
- Efficient production with quality workmanship
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Kia experience and ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
