Eddy's Lincoln is searching for Automotive Technicians to join our team. The right candidate will have a service technician background with over 2 years of experience. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out repairs and services listed on work orders with accuracy and within dealership guidelines.
- Perform regular vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Operate diagnostic equipment and take vehicles on test drives to identify issues in systems and components.
- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and testing to determine the root cause of problems.
- Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of systems, including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, braking, electrical, and climate control.
- Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate findings, recommend additional work when necessary, and provide time estimates for completion.
- Complete warranty-related repairs according to manufacturer standards and requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
- Ability to successfully complete a background screening.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Eagerness to develop skills and stay current with new technologies.

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULING
- Sign On Bonus Available For Technicians with Certifications
- $25 .00 -$40.00 an hour depending on experience
- Monday Friday with rotating Saturdays
