    Our dealership is expanding, and we’re looking to add a skilled Automotive Service Technician to our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical experience, strong diagnostic ability, and a commitment to quality repairs. You’ll handle repairs based on work orders, perform thorough inspections, and keep customers safely on the road.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Complete assigned repairs and maintenance with accuracy and efficiency

    • Road-test vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to evaluate systems and components

    • Troubleshoot, service, and repair systems including brakes, suspension, steering, transmission, air conditioning, electrical, and engines

    • Collaborate with Service Advisors to explain findings and provide accurate repair timelines and cost estimates

    • Perform warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer standards

    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while upholding dealership and brand reputation

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a service/auto technician (preferred)

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Ford certification is a plus but not required

    • B-level proficiency in areas such as diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair

    • Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills

    • Ability to operate modern diagnostic equipment and follow technical procedures

    • Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork mindset

    • Positive attitude with eagerness to grow and learn new technologies

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
