Job Summary
Join our Ford team as an Automotive Technician and put your technical proficiency and mechanical knowledge to work diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a range of vehicles. You’ll use automotive diagnostic tools, schematics, and wiring diagrams to identify issues and complete dependable repairs.
Duties
- Perform automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair across vehicle systems, including powertrain, transmissions, electrical systems, and suspension.
- Repair and service Ford vehicles, including diesel engines and vehicle transmission systems, as needed.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment; interpret schematics and automotive wiring diagrams.
- Complete alignment work and support advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) checks and service.
- Document findings, prepare auto estimates, and communicate repair needs with a customer-service focus.
Requirements
- Looking for A, B, and C level techs with experience in automotive repair, vehicle maintenance, or automotive service; dealership or service technician experience is a plus.
- Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with vehicle systems, powertrain, transmissions, automotive electrical systems, and suspension repair.
- We offer a four day week 10 hour shifts if you prefer. Heated and Cooled shop.
Pay: $25 - $65 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
