Automotive Service Technician

Karch Auto is looking for an automotive technician for immediate hire! Preferably with 2 - 3 years experience and state and emissions inspection licenses.

This position is full-time, flat rate (40 hours per week minimum). Hours are Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm with opportunity for overtime. A valid driver's license is required. NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS REQUIRED.

Job Duties/Requirements:

• Valid PA Safety and Emissions Inspection license required or in process of attaining one.
• Must have your own tools
• Be able to work well with others, and be a team player
• Must be capable of independently performing strategy based diagnostics as well as major and minor mechanical repairs from engines to braking systems
• Responsible for making repair estimates using computer-based repair order systems and presenting information to advisors and customers per request

Wages vary on experience and knowledge. Health insurance, dental and vision, and holiday pay are available after 90 days of employment. Vacation (40 hours) is available 30 days after employment. PTO after one year of employment. 401-K available. Karch Auto is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
