Automotive Service Technician Mobile Winter Haven

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Mobile Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service team.

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will bring dealership-quality automotive service directly to our customers at their home, workplace, or other approved location. This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile maintenance, inspections, recalls, and eligible repairs at customer locations.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles within the scope of mobile service operations.
• Perform services such as oil changes, filters, batteries, wiper blades, tire rotations, software updates, recalls, and other approved maintenance and repairs.
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs.
• Accurately document all work performed, including technician stories, inspection results, recommendations, and required warranty documentation.
• Properly clock in and out of repair orders and maintain accurate time and repair records.
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain completed services and recommendations when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked mobile service vehicle.
• Properly maintain dealership tools, equipment, inventory, and assigned vehicle.
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, warranty, and safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Mobile Service staff, Parts, and management to ensure appointments are completed efficiently.
• Represent the dealership professionally while working at customer homes, businesses, and other off-site locations.
• Help build customer relationships and promote the convenience and value of Mobile Service.
