Pride Chevrolet | Lynn, MA | 3+ years experience
Experienced Technicians Wanted
Tired of ads that promise "aggressive pay plans" and deliver an assembly line? Pride Motor Group is hiring
experienced Automotive Technicians for our Chevrolet store in Lynn, and we back up the pitch with a real
family-owned culture, a genuine path to advancement, and a personal coach who's invested in your growth, not just your flat-rate hours.
We want technicians with at least 3 years of hands-on experience who are ready to bring their skills, keep building them, and put down roots somewhere that promotes from within.
Pay & Growth
• $27 per hour to start for mid-level and above (3+ years experience), any brand
• Up to $37 per hour for technicians with GM experience, based on experience and certification
Get certified in our brand, and your wage goes up by that amount immediately. Get certified, get the raise.
• Performance bonus on top of your hourly rate: +$3/hour over 40 hours in a week, +$5/hour over 50 hours, +$10/hour over 60 hours
• That means a mid-level technician can earn $37 to $47 per hour
Example: at $37/hour, a 55-hour week crosses the 50-hour bonus tier (+$5/hour), so every hour that week pays $42. That's $2,310 for the week, before taxes.
Our Expectations
We take pride in who we are, and in how we hold each other accountable. We expect full commitment to this team.
We're a family, and every one of us is responsible for the people who depend on this shop to make a living. We take pride in that.
This bonus is real, and it's built to help you make great pay and build a genuinely good life for yourself and your family. It comes with real standards: hours worked must be hours actually worked, honestly punched, no exceptions. Falsifying hours means no bonus, and it means disciplinary action.
We demand an exceptional experience for our customers, and the way we deliver that is by demanding an exceptional experience for our own staff. High pay. High standards. We take pride in what we do.
• Real diagnostics and real repairs. No guessing, fixed right the first time
• A real multipoint inspection: a full video, plus a photo or video for every recommended item
• Beautiful, accurate documentation on every repair order
• Honest time punches and ownership of comebacks, no excuses
• A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine commitment to CSI
• A clean, organized bay and workstation, always
These expectations are spelled out in full in our Technician Expectations document. You'll sign it as a condition of receiving these wages and bonuses.
