Key Responsibilities:
Complete repairs listed on work orders efficiently and accurately
Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues
Maintain and repair systems such as engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, air conditioning, and more
Communicate with the Service Advisor about recommended repairs and time estimates
Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines
Preferred Qualifications:
Two or more years of hands-on technician experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
ASE certification is preferred but not required
Ford certification is a plus
Strong skills in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair
Good coordination and mechanical ability
Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and repair software
Friendly, professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow
Strong team collaboration and communication skills
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
