What You'll Do

As an Automotive Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and identify mechanical concerns
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including:
• • Engine performance
  • Electrical systems
  • Brake systems
  • Steering and suspension
  • Climate control systems
  • Drivetrain components
• Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance services
• Perform warranty and recall repairs
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
• Communicate repair recommendations accurately and professionally
• Document repairs and services performed according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform repairs efficiently and accurately
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE Certifications
•  Lincoln, Ford, or luxury automotive brand experience
• Automotive technical school education
• Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience
• State inspection certification (if applicable)
• Master Technician credentials
