Automotive Service Technician

A&R Complete Auto Care is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Compensation

PAY: $75,000 to $150,000 per year, DOE

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair services on domestic and import vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Complete brake, suspension, steering, engine, and drivetrain repairs
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify recommended maintenance services
• Document diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations accurately
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Stay current with automotive technology and repair procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Technician or Automotive Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE Certifications (preferred; or willingness to obtain certifications with company support and training provided)
• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
