Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Complete repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform brake, suspension, steering, engine, and drivability repairs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance services, including oil changes and fluid services.
- Use diagnostic equipment and repair information systems effectively.
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly with service advisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Test drive vehicles as needed to verify repairs.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience preferred.
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
