Are you a skilled automotive professional who wants to work somewhere your work is valued? Our Service Department is growing, and we're looking for motivated people to join a team that takes pride in quality work and great customer care.
Service Manager: We need a proven leader to run day-to-day service operations and grow the department. You'll be responsible for:
Applicants should have 3+ years of service management or assistant manager experience, preferably at a dealership. You should be comfortable reading financial statements and DMS reports ([CDK / Reynolds / Dealertrack / other]). Manufacturer training or certification is a plus.
Technicians: Diagnostic and repair experience preferred. ASE and/or manufacturer certifications are a plus. You'll need your own basic tools.
Service Advisors: Customer service or automotive sales experience preferred. You should be organized, comfortable with computers, and able to explain repairs clearly to customers.
Porters: Reliable, punctual, and comfortable driving all types of vehicles.
