Why Work Here
This is a family-owned automotive repair shop with a tight-knit, collaborative team and a drama-free work environment. Employees are treated like part of the family rather than numbers, and the owner values loyalty, trust, training, and long-term growth. The team also gets together for lunches approximately 1–2 times per month and occasional outings.
The shop operates a 5-bay facility with 3 lifts, an alignment rack, and HVAC for year-round comfort, with a fourth lift planned. The operation services 75+ vehicles per week across domestic, Asian, European, and fleet vehicles.
The team uses Tekmetric for shop management and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and Steer for CRM. This position offers the opportunity to lead daily shop operations while remaining directly involved in customer service, repair-order management, technician workflow, and shop performance.
