Lead and manage all daily operations of the service department
Drive profitability, technician productivity, ELR, and CSI performance
Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and develop service advisors and technicians
Forecast departmental goals and implement strategies to exceed objectives
Maintain compliance with manufacturer policies, warranty procedures, OSHA, and safety standards
Monitor technician efficiency, payroll, repair order quality, and workflow
Ensure all customers receive an exceptional service experience from start to finish
Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain strong communication between service, parts, sales, and management teams
Oversee scheduling, staffing, shop production, and repair quality control
Minimize comebacks while maximizing customer retention and referral business
Conduct department meetings and performance reviews regularly
Maintain accurate records, reporting systems, and operational controls
Ensure a clean, organized, safe, and professional service environment
Previous Automotive Service Manager experience required
Toyota or import dealership experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven track record of increasing service sales and fixed operations performance
Ability to manage technicians, advisors, and workflow in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CSI, warranty administration, and service KPIs
ASE Certifications are a plus
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Professional appearance and strong customer-first attitude
