McGrath Arlington Kia is looking for an experienced, results-driven Service Manager to lead our growing service department. We’re seeking a strong leader with proven dealership service management experience, preferably with Kia, who can motivate a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive department profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily service department operations.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service loyalty.
- Maximize service and parts profitability while meeting department goals.
- Manage service advisors, technicians, and department performance.
- Improve workflow, technician productivity, and overall efficiency.
- Maintain high standards for customer experience and Kia brand processes.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership Service Manager experience required.
- Kia dealership experience strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Strong understanding of service department financials, KPIs, and CSI.
- Ability to increase productivity, profitability, and customer retention.
