Diehl Hyundai of Massillon is looking for an experienced, motivated Service Manager to lead our growing service department. If you're a proven leader with a passion for customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a busy automotive service department.
- Lead, coach, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Drive service sales while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing service team.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive dealership Service Manager experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to increase service department performance.
- Experience with dealership management software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
