Service managers are the heartbeat of an auto tire and repair facility. They are responsible for maximizing the efficiency, revenue and productivity of the service department and achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Service managers are members of the shop management team, collaborating with the store manager to improve the overall performance and profitability of the business. Estimate building, work flow and time management are key roles of this position.
