Eagle Kia/Chevy is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to motivate technicians and service advisors, improve department performance, and drive profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily service department operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Monitor labor sales, productivity, and departmental profitability.
- Ensure quality repairs, accurate estimates, and timely vehicle delivery.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, and technician efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and safety requirements.
- Partner with dealership leadership to achieve service department goals.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing or supervising an automotive dealership service department.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Knowledge of dealership service operations, repair orders, labor sales, and financial performance.
