Compensation & Benefits

Starting Compensation: $150,000 base starting point

Job Responsibilities

Job Duties

Department Leadership: Lead, train, motivate, and coach a high-performing service team to drive quality, efficiency, and peak operational performance.
Customer Experience: Oversee daily service transactions and operations to ensure every client receives white-glove service that aligns with premium luxury standards.
Quality & Compliance: Guarantee all maintenance and repair procedures strictly comply with official BMW factory guidelines and specifications.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing a service department for a franchise automobile dealership, preferably within a High Line/luxury brand.
Core Competencies: Sales-oriented mindset, strong customer service focus, relentless work ethic, and proven ability to maintain high operational standards.
