What we're looking for:
We have immediate openings for Auto techs! Five-day work week including Saturdays in our fast-paced Service Department. We are willing to train the right applicant. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform light maintenance to Cars and Trucks of all makes and models. Changing oil and filter, rotating tires, brake inspections and installation. Light suspension diagnosis and alignments.
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
- Perform Multi-Point inspections with accuracy and integrity.
- Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
- Presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
- Ensures the customer’s needs are understood.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
- Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
- Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
- Basic computer skills.
- Personal and professional integrity.
