What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill level, workload, and shop priorities.
- Monitor technician productivity and workflow to keep the shop running efficiently.
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure jobs are progressing on schedule.
- Prioritize incoming work and help manage daily shop capacity.
- Track repair order progress and identify workflow delays.
- Help maintain an organized, productive, and efficient service department.
- Ensure excellent communication between the service drive and technicians.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive dealership or independent repair shop experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive service department operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and technician workflow.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
