As a Service Concierge, you'll play an important role in the customer experience by coordinating vehicle pick-ups and returns, assisting with service appointments, preparing vehicles for delivery, and making sure every customer receives professional and attentive service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely transport customer vehicles between their homes and the dealership

• Provide professional and courteous service during vehicle pick-ups and deliveries

• Coordinate vehicle pick-ups and returns using the Driver Q App

• Wash, vacuum, inspect, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and completed services

• Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety procedures

• Respond professionally and promptly to customer needs

• Work closely with the service department to coordinate schedules and deliveries

• Assist the service team with additional responsibilities as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Professional, outgoing, and positive attitude

• Ability to take initiative and work independently

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes

• Dependable, punctual, and reliable

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities

• Experience with Red Cap, Outlook, and Google Sheets is preferred

• Reliable transportation to and from work
