Automotive Service Advisor - Top Sales Closer

$75,000+ Per Year | Monday-Friday | No Weekends

Prestige Auto Tech is looking for a TOP SALES CLOSER to join our Miami team.

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who knows how to sell, handle objections, follow up, and close high-dollar repair estimates.

This is a sales-driven position. If you are currently producing strong numbers and want an opportunity to earn and grow, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

• Proven automotive sales and closing experience
• 3+ years Service Advisor experience preferred
• Comfortable presenting high-dollar repair estimates
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills
• Excellent phone and customer communication
• Strong follow-up on declined work
• Goal-oriented and motivated by results
• European and luxury vehicle experience is a plus
• Tekmetric experience is a plus

What You'll Do

• Review technician findings and DVIs
• Present repair and maintenance recommendations
• Build value and explain needed repairs
• Handle customer objections
• Ask for the sale and close approved work
• Follow up on declined recommendations
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Keep technicians productive with approved work
