Mullinax Ford is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the link between our customers and service technicians, you'll help deliver an exceptional service experience while building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and document vehicle concerns.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services.
- Communicate repair progress and completion updates.
- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments.
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Help achieve department sales and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Customer service, sales, or automotive experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Automotive service advisor or dealership experience is a plus.
