Compensation: $6,000 – $10,000/month (based on performance)

Ford experience is a plus — but strong dealership experience is a must.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and deliver a high-level service experience from start to finish
• Listen to concerns and clearly explain recommended services and repairs
• Build accurate repair orders and provide transparent estimates
• Manage workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Communicate updates and maintain strong customer relationships
• Educate customers on vehicle needs and maintenance
• Maintain detailed, accurate records
• Drive customer satisfaction and high NPS scores

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years of Service Advisor experience (dealership preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
