Automotive Service Advisor

We’re Hiring: Automotive Service Advisor Location: Santa Fe NMCompany: Santa Fe MazdaPosition Type: Full-Time

Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Service Advisor and be the bridge between customers and our skilled technicians.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs

• Provide accurate estimates and timelines

• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers

• Manage repair orders and follow-ups

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Automotive knowledge and/or service advisor experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Customer-focused attitude

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with service software (Dealer Track and My Karma) a plus
