    Description

    Kia of Puyallup is hiring a Service Advisor who wants to earn big and build a career!  We are a leading dealership in the Puget Sound area with over 30 years of success, and are looking for a experienced professional Service Advisors to join our award-winning team.  Many of our employees have enjoyed multi-decade careers here, and you can too!

     

    • Pay:  $85,000–$160,000 per year, based on experience and performance
    • Schedule:  5-day work week with consecutive days off
    • Benefits:  Medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and 401K participation/match

    What We’re Looking For:

    We’re seeing professional, enthusiastic, and high-energy individuals with a strong customer service background.  Previous Service Advisor experience is a must.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Offer professional assistance to any customers who call or come into our Service Department
    • Assist customers with their appointment based on their description, vehicle condition, and translate to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
    • Listen to and help resolve any customer complaints
    • Maintain customer records and collect customers payments for services
    • Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets our quality standards
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction

    Qualifications:

    • Previous Service Advisor experience
    • Working knowledge of automotive products and parts
    • Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the workday
    • Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
    • Clean driving record and valid WA State driver’s license
