Service Advisor – Genesis of Ridgefield
Genesis of Ridgefield is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. This role is ideal for polished, service-driven professionals who excel at delivering a premium client experience.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service clients from check-in through vehicle delivery
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service
- Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs in a consultative, transparent manner
- Coordinate with technicians and service leadership to ensure accurate and timely repairs
- Utilize CDK and CRM tools to manage repair orders, updates, and follow-up
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service, luxury retail, or customer-facing environments preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license
