Modern Nissan of Winston-Salem is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. Greet customers and assist with their vehicle service needs.
Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns.
Recommend maintenance and repairs based on technician findings.
Explain repair recommendations, pricing, and timelines to customers.
Communicate with technicians and service management to ensure an efficient workflow.
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Previous automotive Service Advisor or dealership service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to explain vehicle maintenance and repairs clearly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A team-oriented mindset and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with dealership management systems is a plus.
