ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Modern Nissan Burlington is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for the automotive industry, and want to grow your career, we’d love to meet you.
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact between customers and our service department, helping ensure a smooth, positive experience from check-in to delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Welcome customers and listen to their vehicle concerns.
Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services.
Prepare repair orders and clearly explain service recommendations.
Keep customers informed about repair progress, costs, and completion times.
Work closely with technicians and service management to ensure quality service.
Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A professional, positive, and dependable attitude.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Automotive dealership or Service Advisor experience preferred.
