Automotive Service Advisor

New Bern Auto Group is searching for Service Advisors to join their team! Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and dedicate yourself to providing the best customer service experience possible? We want to talk to you!! We have two positions open & expect them to fill quickly. 

What you'll do:

-Check customer's vehicles in for service-Discuss vehicle needs with customer-Analyze remaining warranty, vehicle needs & vehicle history to recommend vehicle maintenance-Offer additional needed services to guests and explains benefits-Close out open tickets in a timely manner-Provide an exceptional customer experience-Communicate with customers while vehicle is being repaired-Manage all open repair orders while in progress
