Job Description
We are looking for a Service Advisor who knows how to run a busy service drive without losing their cool. Someone who can communicate clearly, manage customer expectations, work closely with technicians, and keep repair orders accurate and moving. If you know how to turn chaos into an organized workflow, this role will fit you well.

Job Type and Schedule
Full time

Work Requirements
• Work Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed
• Ability to Commute: Narragansett, RI required
• Work Location: In person

Responsibilities
• Greet customers and manage the service drive with professionalism and urgency
• Write and manage repair orders from intake through vehicle pickup
• Communicate recommended services, timelines, and costs with full transparency
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repair updates
• Maintain strong customer communication through calls, texts, and updates
• Verify warranty coverage and process claims correctly
• Present maintenance services in a way that builds trust, not pressure
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
• Deliver a smooth, positive customer experience that drives retention

Qualifications
• Prior Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and explain repair recommendations clearly
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow through
