Your Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.

• Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and create accurate repair orders.

• Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in clear, understandable terms.

• Prepare estimates and obtain customer authorization before work begins.

• Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to keep repairs moving.

• Update customers on vehicle progress, pricing, and completion times.

• Review completed repairs and explain charges at vehicle pickup.

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership procedures.

• Follow up with customers and build lasting service relationships.

• Meet dealership expectations for customer satisfaction, service sales, and follow-through.

Required Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor or service writer experience required

• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

• Working knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes

• Ability to manage multiple repair orders and customer priorities

• Experience using dealership service software

• Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and a team-oriented attitude

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Honda or other franchised dealership experience is preferred.
