Prestige Auto Tech is looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven Automotive Service Advisor who knows how to turn customer conversations into approved repairs.

We're an established, growing automotive repair company with a steady flow of customers, experienced technicians, and the resources you need to succeed.

We're not looking for an order taker. We're looking for a confident closer who can sell with integrity, exceed targets, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Proven automotive service sales experience
• Strong closing skills with high-dollar repair estimates
• Ability to overcome objections and communicate value
• Excellent follow-up and customer retention skills
• Confidence working toward aggressive sales goals
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• European and luxury vehicle experience preferred
• Tekmetric experience is a plus

Your Role

• Convert digital inspections and technician recommendations into approved repairs
• Present estimates professionally and confidently
• Follow up on unsold estimates and declined services
• Maximize repair opportunities while maintaining customer trust
• Coordinate with technicians to keep the shop productive
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business
