Automotive Service Advisor

Description of the role:

Welcome to Infiniti of Charlotte Inc, where we are seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Matthews, NC. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between customers and our automotive technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and service requests
• Recommend and explain needed automotive services to customers
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
• Communicate effectively with automotive technicians to ensure timely completion of service

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive service advisory roles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive services and maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
