Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments to ensure an efficient and seamless customer experience
- Greet customers, perform vehicle walkarounds, and accurately document concerns and service needs
- Create detailed repair orders with clear, transparent cost and time estimates
- Recommend maintenance and additional services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate effectively with technicians and parts departments to prioritize work and ensure timely completion
- Provide consistent updates to customers on repair status, timelines, and any changes to scope or cost
- Deliver vehicles upon completion, reviewing work performed and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong product and warranty knowledge to confidently guide customers through service recommendations
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals; (automotive experience preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of dealership processes and full write-up-to-delivery workflow
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced service drive
- Confident presenting maintenance and repair recommendations to clients
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering high CSI
- Highly organized with ability to manage WIP and follow-ups effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
