Responsibilities:
Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments to ensure an efficient and seamless customer experience
Greet customers, perform vehicle walkarounds, and accurately document concerns and service needs
Create detailed repair orders with clear, transparent cost and time estimates
Recommend maintenance and additional services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines
Communicate effectively with technicians and parts departments to prioritize work and ensure timely completion
Provide consistent updates to customers on repair status, timelines, and any changes to scope or cost
Deliver vehicles upon completion, reviewing work performed and ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain strong product and warranty knowledge to confidently guide customers through service recommendations
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business
Qualifications:
Proven customer-facing sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals; (automotive experience preferred but not required)
Strong understanding of dealership processes and full write-up-to-delivery workflow
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced service drive
Confident presenting maintenance and repair recommendations to clients
Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering high CSI
Highly organized with ability to manage WIP and follow-ups effectively
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
