Clearly communicate diagnostic findings, recommended services, and associated costs to customers.
Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs.
Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates on vehicle service status.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Process service orders and payments accurately.
Build strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and encouraging repeat business.
Proven customer service experience, ideally in an automotive or service-oriented role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
A genuine passion for cars and helping people solve their automotive problems.
Proficiency with basic computer systems and the ability to learn new software.
A detail-oriented approach to managing customer needs and vehicle service.
