As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive experience. Responsibilities
Greet customers as they arrive at Concourse Auto Service
Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
Answer customer questions about service and maintenance.
Use CRM software to maintain a customer database
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
Prior sales experience is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
