Service Advisor

You're tired of customer service jobs where you're expected to clean up confusion you didn't create.

You're tired of being caught between frustrated customers and unclear communication.

You want a role where honesty matters, your people skills make a difference, and your effort directly impacts your success.

You want to work with a team that supports you, challenges you, and treats you like a professional—not a number.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people, and take pride in doing things the right way, keep reading.

Who We Are

At Toothman Ford, we're more than a dealership—we're part of the community.

We've built our reputation by treating customers honestly, delivering exceptional service, and creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. Our team combines the opportunities and resources of a successful dealership with the welcoming, family-oriented culture of a small-town business.

If you're looking for a long-term career with a company that values integrity, accountability, teamwork, and personal growth, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are exactly alike.

You'll be the first person customers turn to when they need help servicing their vehicle. Your job is to make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.

You'll greet customers, listen carefully to their concerns, explain service recommendations in a way that makes sense, and keep them informed throughout the repair process. You'll coordinate with technicians, manage multiple priorities, answer questions, and solve problems while maintaining a positive and professional experience.

This role is about much more than scheduling repairs. You're the bridge between the customer and the service department. When you do your job well, customers feel informed instead of confused, valued instead of pressured, and confident that they're being treated fairly.

If you enjoy building trust, solving problems, and helping people feel taken care of, you'll find this role rewarding.

The Hiring Process

We move fast for the right person.

We've streamlined our hiring process so qualified candidates can move through quickly while still giving us the opportunity to find the right fit for our team.

Every applicant receives a response.

The process:

  1. Submit your application
  2. Complete the Role Fit Assessment
  3. Participate in a One-Way Video Interview
  4. Attend an In-Person Interview
  5. Receive an Offer and Start Your Career

Top candidates can complete the process and be hired in as little as 10 days.

What You'll Earn

This position offers a combination of base pay, commission, bonuses, and performance incentives.

Expected earnings range from $60,000 to $90,000+ annually, depending on performance, experience, and results.

You'll build a long-term career with opportunities for continued income growth and advancement.

Why Work With Us

We believe high standards and a supportive culture can exist together.

You'll receive ongoing coaching, training, and development to help you continue growing professionally. You'll work alongside people who care about doing great work, helping one another succeed, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Benefits include:

  • Medical insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • Accident insurance
  • Cancer insurance options
  • Company-paid life insurance after 60 days
  • Additional whole-life and term-life insurance options
  • 401(k) eligibility after one year
  • Paid Time Off after one year
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Long-term career growth opportunities
  • Stable employment with a respected community-focused dealership

This isn't the right fit for someone looking to coast, avoid accountability, or do the minimum.

It is the right fit for someone who wants to be part of a strong team, take ownership of their results, and continuously improve.

Who We're Looking For

You'll thrive here if you're personable, professional, and naturally good at building trust with people.

You're someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping customers find solutions.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is coachable and open to feedback
  • Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Is competitive and motivated by goals and results
  • Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and accountability
  • Works well within a team environment
  • Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Maintains a positive attitude during busy periods
  • Has strong customer service, sales, or relationship-building experience
  • Has automotive service experience (preferred but not required)
  • Holds a valid driver's license
  • Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Wants a long-term career rather than a short-term job

If you're looking for a role where customers trust you, teammates depend on you, and your performance creates real opportunity, we want to hear from you.

Apply today. Great Service Advisors don't stay on the market for long.
