The ideal candidate will be passionate about the automotive industry, enjoy working with people, and be able to deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns.
- Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly to customers.
- Prepare estimates, explain repair costs, and obtain customer authorization.
- Coordinate with technicians and the service department to ensure efficient workflow.
- Keep customers informed of repair progress, delays, and completion times.
- Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Help achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and service department goals.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Experience with Automate service software is a plus.
