What You'll Do:

As a Service Advisor, you'll be an important part of our customers' experience from check-in through completion of their vehicle's service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience
• Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process
• Recommend appropriate service and explain service options and costs
• Schedule service appointments
• Answer customer questions and address concerns
• Monitor vehicle status from service bay entry through completion
• Keep customers informed of changes, recommendations, and repair status
• Review completed work orders with customers and ensure they are satisfied
• Perform other duties as requested

What We're Looking For:

Auto dealership Service Advisor experience is required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills
• Basic knowledge of automotive mechanical operations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
