Key Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience from vehicle check-in through final delivery.
• Accurately identify customer concerns and translate them into actionable repair orders.
• Present repair and service estimates clearly and confidently, focusing on value and customer needs.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Work closely with technicians to support efficient workflow and billed hours.
• Drive revenue through ethical service recommendations and consistent follow-through.
• Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Manage multiple customers and repair workflows while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Service Advisor experience.
• Proven Service Advisor experience with a strong record of sales performance.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and KPI targets.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems; European automotive experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and workflows with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using shop management systems and digital inspection tools.
