As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between our customers and service department, ensuring a professional and transparent experience from check-in through delivery.
Greet customers and provide a premium, luxury-level service experience
Perform vehicle walkarounds and accurately document customer concerns
Write detailed and accurate repair orders
Explain recommended maintenance and repairs clearly
Coordinate closely with technicians to ensure quality and timely repairs
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Identify additional maintenance and service opportunities
Present recommendations professionally and ethically
Process invoices, warranty documentation, and payments accurately
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
Maintain strong customer satisfaction and performance standards
We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is professional, organized, and confident working with customers in a high-volume dealership environment.
Required:
1+ year of Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience
Dealership experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of automotive systems, maintenance, and repairs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple repair orders and priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
Valid driver's license required
