Job Description
We’re looking for a Service Advisor who can manage a busy service drive without dropping the ball. You’ll write repair orders, communicate with customers, coordinate with technicians, and keep repairs moving from start to finish. If you’re organized, sharp with communication, and able to keep calm when the drive fills up, you’ll fit right in.

Work Requirements
• Work Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed
• Ability to Commute: East Greenwich, RI required
• Work Location: In person

Responsibilities
• Greet customers and manage the service drive professionally and efficiently
• Write repair orders, gather customer concerns, and verify vehicle information
• Clearly communicate recommended services, pricing, and timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repair updates
• Maintain strong customer communication through calls, texts, and follow ups
• Process warranty claims accurately and follow OEM requirements
• Keep repair orders organized, documented, and compliant
• Upsell maintenance services based on genuine need and transparency
• Deliver a service experience that builds trust and brings customers back

Qualifications
• Prior Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable learning and using dealership systems and software
• Solid understanding of basic automotive terminology
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional, organized, and dependable
