What You’ll Do (And Be Paid Well To Do It)
Manage a high-volume service drive lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, professional service
Take full ownership of the customer experience from write-up to delivery
Maximize every RO opportunity through proper inspection review and service recommendations
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate timelines
Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building with customers
Consistently hit and exceed performance metrics (hours per RO, ELR, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Consultant / Writer
Dealership experience preferred (GM experience is a plus—but not required)
Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair
Ability to sell service recommendations with confidence and integrity
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong time management
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Willing to pass background check and drug screening
