Midas Dublin is one of the highest-volume shops in the region, and we're looking for a Service Advisor who wants to grow into a long-term career, not just fill a shift. You'll be the face of the shop: the first person our customers meet and the person they trust to tell them the truth about their vehicle.
We believe the best advisors aren't the loudest closers — they're the most trusted ones. You'll greet customers, listen to what's actually bothering them, translate what our technicians find into something they can understand, and guide them to a confident decision about the work their vehicle needs. Done right, that's not "selling." It's earning the kind of trust that brings customers back and has them asking for you by name.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and run a thorough intake — really listening, not just writing up a ticket
- Present technician findings clearly, using photos, inspection results, and plain language so the "why" behind every recommendation is obvious
- Provide accurate written estimates and follow up on every open quote to close the work
- Coordinate timelines between customers and the shop, setting clear expectations
- Recover declined and deferred work through thoughtful, no-pressure follow-up
What We’re Looking For
• A strong communicator — confident recommending services and comfortable asking for the sale
• Excellent and people skills, with a natural ability to earn trust quickly
• A track record of meeting sales goals or growing ticket value is a major plus
• Previous experience as a service advisor, in customer-facing sales, or in the auto industry
preferred
