Automotive Service Advisor

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure Chevy Chase Acura customers have an expectation experience and trust us for all their automotive requirements  
• Watch and greet customers in the Service Lane.
• Provide a high level of customer service for all inquiries by  phone, text, email, or in-person
• Be the liaison between our customers and  technicians
• Scheduling appointments and assisting with inbound customer requests 
• Greeting customers promptly at their vehicle
• Completing estimated and Repair Order to standards
• Provide customer benefits of completing recommended service

Compensation & Benefits:

• Commission pay
• Potential to earn between $50,000 to $100,000 annually
